The ‘Of Heart and Home’ art series was an attempt to convey how I feel through cartoon style buildings. I asked myself, “If my heart were a home, what kind of home would it be? Sinister or inviting? Closed off or adventurous?” In this series I explore that concept. Each piece was designed, routed, and painted individually. The background was created using an airbrush marbling technique and all features were painted by hand.
